Spotra is a curated marketplace that connects guests with hand-picked hosts in San Pablo, Laguna and other regions as we expand. We're the introducer — the actual stay is provided by the host, not by Spotra.

Submitting a booking on Spotra is a request, not a confirmed reservation. The host has up to 24 hours to confirm or decline. No money changes hands until the host confirms.

Once confirmed, the stay is binding under the rate, dates, and any special terms agreed on the listing page.

Each listing sets its own cancellation window. Most of our hosts allow free cancellation 48–72 hours before check-in. After that, cancellations are at the host's discretion.

If you and the host can't agree, write to us — we mediate fairly and quickly.

Treat the property and the host with care. Damage caused by negligence may be charged to you. Parties, illegal activity, or unannounced extra guests are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.

Hosts agree to deliver the stay as described, keep the property clean and safe, be reachable during your booking, and honor confirmed dates. Spotra walks every property before listing it and removes hosts who repeatedly fall short.

Spotra acts as a marketplace and isn't liable for losses arising from a host's acts or omissions, or from your own use of a property. We are liable for our own gross negligence and for statutory rights you have under Philippine law.

Talk to your host first. If that doesn't resolve it, email hello@spotra.ph and we'll step in. Anything we can't resolve goes to the courts of San Pablo City, Laguna.

We may update these terms occasionally — when we do, the last-updated date at the top of the page changes and active hosts and guests get an email. Continued use means continued agreement.
