This is the plain version of how Spotra handles your data. If anything reads ambiguously, write to hello@spotra.ph and we'll clarify.

What we collect

When you submit a booking request: your name, email, phone, and anything you type into the special-request field. When you sign in: your email and authentication identity (we use Supabase to store credentials).

We also keep basic browsing telemetry — pages visited, listings viewed — to improve the atlas. No third-party advertising trackers, no cross-site fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

Solely to operate the booking flow: deliver your request to the host, send you confirmation and status emails, and let you sign back in to view your bookings.

Who we share it with

Your contact details are shared with the host you're booking with — they need to reach you. We never sell your data.

Service providers we rely on, listed transparently: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email, if enabled). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Booking records stay on file for as long as your account is active, plus 24 months for legal and tax reasons. Account-level data is deleted within 30 days of you asking us to.

Your rights

You can request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or have your account deleted entirely. Email hello@spotra.ph and we'll handle it within 14 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your search. No third-party advertising cookies. No consent banner because there's nothing to consent to beyond what makes the site work.

Analytics

We measure aggregate usage — page views and a handful of interaction events like searches and booking-request clicks — using Vercel Web Analytics. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not use cross-site identifiers, does not fingerprint you, and never sells or shares your data. We use it only to understand which parts of the atlas are useful.
