    Send us a note about your property — a few photos, the story behind it, and any dates you'd like to open up. No formal application yet.

  2. N° 02

    We visit

    Our San Pablo team walks the place. We talk through pricing, photograph the space ourselves, and write the listing with you.

  3. N° 03

    Go live

    You set availability, we handle the requests. You decide who stays — every booking is yours to confirm or decline.

Clean, considered linens

What you keep

We charge a small service fee on confirmed bookings only — no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no commission on guests who never arrive.

You decide your nightly rate. You decide which dates open and close. You approve every request before money moves.
